1. We have to deliver/collect goods above or below ground or 1st floor

2. We supply any extra services other than discussed

3. Stairs, lifts or doorways are inadequate for free movement of goods

4. We cannot get our vehicle to within 15metres of site entrance and access to
   items in site is greater than 15metres

5. Parking or other fees

6. There are delays or events outside our reasonable control

7. Our staff are not qualified or authorised to undertake any work such as
   furniture dismantling assembling, connecting or disconnecting of appliances,
   fixtures, fittings etc. and if agree to do so will be at your liability
   completely and subject to our rate at 20euro per/hour pro-rata

8. Ensure all small goods are adequately packed in strong stackable
   boxes/containers.

9. Ensure all delicate, and fragile surfaces are not left exposed and are
   packed well

10. Be present or represented throughout the removal

11. This need only apply to customers unable to attend the unloading of your belongings or for Storage requirements.

     

    Can we please advise that if you are unable to attend the delivery of your belonging into your new home in Spain.

    Please can payment be arranged to be given to the driver on Collection or by bank transfer prior to collection date.

    This is also to be taken into account when your items are going in to a storage facility.

    Additional storage and load unload charges are to be paid on delivery to your new home.

    This need only apply to customers unable to attend the unloading of your belongings or for Storage requirements.

     

12. Take all reasonable steps to ensure that nothing to be removed is left
    behind or taken in error

13. Ensure no possessions of yours are left in our vehicles when finally
    departing

14. Whilst we endeavour to keep our prices low, our prices are subject to change due to the ferry supplemental charges.
